Since Monday evening 19 February the Election Compass Wageningen is online.
The leaders of the eight parties taking part in the local elections and a candidate launched the Wageningse Election Compass by cutting a cake.
Election Compass
The Election Compass can be found via www.wageningen.kieskompas.nl and contains 30 goals that can be answered with: ’totally agree’, ‘agree’, ‘neutral, ‘not agree’ or ‘strongly disagree’ and ‘no opinion’.
The electoral compass is custom made with the main election themes. In Wageningen those are housing, accessibility and care.
After answering the goals the visitor gets to see with which party he or she has the most agreements.
English version
For the first time in Wageningen, the Election Compass is translated into English. Inhabitants of Wageningen who have the nationality of an EU country or are in possession of a valid residence permit and are living in The Netherlands for at least five years, may vote in municipal elections.
