Tastes of community in de bibliotheek: pop-up lunch op 11 januari

Tijdens de Tastes of Community kunstexpo organiseert de bibliotheek een pop-up maaltijd van 13.00 - 15.00 uur. Kom samen genieten van eten, gesprekken en kunst. Iedereen is welkom!

Expositie Tastes of Community
Van 18 december tot en met 31 januari is in de bblthk de speciale kunstinstallatie 'Tastes of Community' te zien. Dit kunstwerk gaat over de betekenis van samen eten en laat zien hoe belangrijk gemeenschapskeukens zijn in Wageningen. Meer dan vijftig Wageningers hebben samen met sound artiest Kristina Mau Hansen, maker Livia Franssen en interculturele communicatietrainer Zennu Haile Michael het werk gemaakt tijdens verschillende workshops.

De expositie is te vinden op de begane grond en is gratis toegankelijk tijdens de openingstijden van de bibliotheek.

Exhibition: Tastes of Community From December 18th to January 31st, the unique art installation Tastes of Community will be on display at the BBLTHK. This artwork explores the significance of sharing meals and highlights the value of community kitchens in Wageningen. The piece has been created by sound artist Kristina Mau Hansen, maker Livia Franssen and intercultural communication trainer Zennu Haile Michael in collaboration with over 50 local residents during various workshops.

The exhibition is located on the ground floor and is free to visit during the opening hours of the library.
